How to Prepare for Class / What to Bring

How to Prepare for Class / What to Bring

Things to do to prepare:

  • Wear comfortable, light weight clothing.  You may be getting on the Reiki Table for a treatment demonstration or getting on the floor for meditation.

  • Try to get a good night's sleep  and eat "light and right" (however that looks to you) prior to class.  Also, drink plenty of water prior to, during and after our Reiki time.

  • Allow excitement and gratitude to fill your heart.  Be ready to learn about Reiki and experience its energy.  Send good vibes to your fellow students and teachers.

Things to bring:

  • Sack lunch, snacks, water or preferred beverage

  • Binder, handouts and notes from Reiki 1

  • Pen and paper

  • Teddy bear, doll or something to serve as a surrogate/proxy for Distant Reiki Session
