How to Prepare for Class / What to Bring
Things to do to prepare:
Wear comfortable, light weight clothing. You may be getting on the Reiki Table for a treatment demonstration or getting on the floor for meditation.
Try to get a good night's sleep and eat "light and right" (however that looks to you) prior to class. Also, drink plenty of water prior to, during and after our Reiki time.
Allow excitement and gratitude to fill your heart. Be ready to learn about Reiki and experience its energy. Send good vibes to your fellow students and teachers.
Things to bring:
Sack lunch, snacks, water or preferred beverage
Binder, handouts and notes from Reiki 1
Pen and paper
Teddy bear, doll or something to serve as a surrogate/proxy for Distant Reiki Session
